Ilieva I. Ageenko is a mentor and role model to young women and emerging leaders. Born in Cuba, she lived in Russia for ten years prior to coming to America.

With a 25-year career of successful achievements, Ilieva holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and a master’s in Economic Cybernetics. She is a senior vice president in financial services and a multicultural leader.

Her  son and  daughter graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and she lives in NC with her husband.
